Vista Combo Guard Benji Hilstock led all scorers with 21 points as the Panthers beat Mt. Carmel Sundevils 69-64 in a game at Mt Carmel High School .

Hilstock’s points came on 3 field goals, 4 three pointers and 3 of 3 free throws during the game.

Jaden Matusalem added 20. Mt. Carmel fell to 5-12 overall while Vista improved their record to 10-7.

Mt. Carmel’s next game is scheduled to be played at San Pasqual HS on Friday May. 14 versus San Pasqual. Vista will host Torrey Pines on Friday May. 21
