Campolindo Cougars edge St. Mary's Knights 54-49 in California high school basketball game

Campolindo’s Aidan Mahaney led all scorers with 23 points as the Cougars beat <a href=’/arizona/basketball/teams/317-st-marys-knights’ alt=’St. Mary’s Knights’> St. Mary’s Knights</a> 54-49 in a game at @ Torrey Pines HS.

Mahaney’s points came on 8 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 6 free throws during the game.

Styles Phipps added 20. St. Mary’s fell to 4-5 overall while Campolindo improved their record to 9-1.

St. Mary’s’ next game is scheduled to be played at on Saturday Jan. 1 versus Peoria. Campolindo will travel to on Tuesday Jan. 4 to play Northgate.
