La Costa Canyon crushes Vista 64-38

La Costa Canyon’s Kendel Carattini led all scorers with 26 points as the Mavericks beat Vista 64-38 in a game at Vista High School (Vista, CA).”

Carattini’s points came on 7 field goals, 1 three pointer and 9 of 14 free throws during the game.

Vista was led by Hannah Hodges’ 16 points and Maile Johnson added 12. Vista fell to 0-0 overall while La Costa Canyon improved their record to 8-0.

La Costa Canyon will travel to Poway High School (Poway, CA) on Thursday Jan. 4 at 5:30pm to play Poway.
