Evansville Mater Dei Wildcats edges Evansville North Huskies 69-67 in Indiana high school basketball game

Evansville Mater Dei’s Logan Carter led all scorers with 23 points as the Wildcats beat Evansville North Huskies 69-67 in a game at Evansville North High School.

Carter’s points came on 9 field goals and 5 of 6 free throws during the game.

Seth Seniour added 13. Evansville North fell to 0-5 overall while Evansville Mater Dei improved their record to 1-0.

Evansville North’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 4 at 4:00pm versus Evansville Harrison. Evansville Mater Dei will host Heritage Hills on Friday Jan. 25 at 5:00pm.
