Danville Combo Guard Haley Godwin led the way with 13 points as the Warriors beat Whiteland Warriors 49-38 in a game at Whiteland, IN.

Godwin’s points came on 4 field goals, 1 three pointer and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Gwen Higdon added 14. Whiteland fell to 5-8 overall while Danville improved their record to 9-3.

Whiteland’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 7 versus Greenwood. Danville will host Avon on Wednesday Jan. 5
