Chesterton defeats Crown Point 38-32

Chesterton’s Courtney Krol led all scorers with 17 points as the Trojans beat Crown Point 38-32 in a game at Crown Point High School.”

Krol’s points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 3 of 6 free throws during the game.

Crown Point was led by Ellie VanDeel’s 14 points and Mya Scheidt added 7. Crown Point fell to 8-9 overall while Chesterton improved their record to 0-0.

Crown Point’s next game is scheduled to be played at Hammond Bishop Noll High School on Tuesday Jan. 23 at 4:00pm versus Hammond Bishop Noll.
