Crown Point Bulldogs defeat Kankakee Valley Kougars 61-46 in Indiana high school basketball game

Crown Point Guard Jessica Carrothers led all scorers with 29 points as the Bulldogs beat Kankakee Valley Kougars 61-46 in a game at Crown Point High School.

Carrothers ‘s points came on 11 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 5 free throws during the game.

Catherine Cavinder added 10. Kankakee Valley fell to 0-1 overall while Crown Point improved their record to 14-0.

Kankakee Valley’s next game is scheduled to be played at Andrean High School on Friday Jan. 18 at 4:00pm versus Andrean. Crown Point will travel to Chesterton High School on Friday Jan. 18 at 2:30pm to play Chesterton.
