Yazoo County’s Khalee Harrison led the way with 19 points as the Panthers beat Velma Jackson Falcons 60-34 in a game at Velma Jackson High School.

Harrison’s points came on 8 field goals and 1 three pointer during the game.

Nakishia James added 23. Velma Jackson fell to 3-3 overall while Yazoo County improved their record to 4-3.

Velma Jackson’s next game is scheduled to be played at Madison Central High Gym on Monday Nov. 29 versus Ridgeland. Yazoo County will host Yazoo City on Saturday Dec. 4
