Hoggard Vikings edges New Hanover Wildcats 53-48 in North Carolina high school basketball game

Hoggard’s Jacob Fisher led all scorers with 18 points as the Vikings beat New Hanover Wildcats 53-48 in a game at Wilmington, NC.

Fisher’s points came on 3 field goals, 2 three pointers and 6 of 6 free throws during the game.

D Williams added 11. New Hanover fell to 0-1 overall while Hoggard improved their record to 9-4.

Hoggard will host West Brunswick on Friday Jan. 18 at 3:00pm.
