David Douglas Scots beat Canby Cougars 75-68 in Oregon high school basketball game

David Douglas Guard Fernando De La Torre led the way with 21 points as the Scots beat Canby Cougars 75-68 in a game at Liberty High School, Hillsboro.

De La Torre’s points came on 6 field goals and 3 three pointers during the game.

Payton Meyers added 27. Canby fell to 8-3 overall while David Douglas improved their record to 5-2.

Canby’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 4 versus Scappoose. David Douglas will host Gresham on Wednesday Jan. 5
