Peoples Academy Wolves defeat Montpelier Solons 64-46 in Vermont high school basketball game

Peoples Academy Guard Shelby Wells led all scorers with 29 points as the Wolves beat Montpelier Solons 64-46 in a game at PA.

Wells’ points came on 11 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 5 free throws during the game.

Grace Nostrant added 9. Montpelier fell to 4-10 overall while Peoples Academy improved their record to 11-3.

Montpelier’s next game is scheduled to be played at Thetford on Tuesday Feb. 8 versus Thetford Academy. Peoples Academy will host Lyndon Institute on Tuesday Feb. 8
