Oroville Guard Julian Lopez led all scorers with 24 points as the Hornets beat Liberty Bell Mountain Lions 56-47 in a game at Oroville, WA.

Lopez’s points came on 8 field goals, 2 three pointers and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Lucas Gonzales Ortega added 13. Liberty Bell fell to 0-1 overall while Oroville improved their record to 4-1.

Liberty Bell’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Thursday Jun. 10 versus Bridgeport. Oroville will host Tonasket on Tuesday Jun. 8
