East Valley Knights edge Lakeland Hawks 81-76 in Washington high school basketball game

East Valley Guard Luke Holecek led all scorers with 34 points as the Knights beat Lakeland Hawks 81-76 in a game at East Valley HS.

Holecek’s points came on 11 field goals, 2 three pointers and 6 of 7 free throws during the game.

Scotty Hocking added 30. Lakeland fell to 0-2 overall while East Valley improved their record to 1-0.

Lakeland’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 17 versus Kellogg. East Valley will host Ridgeline on Wednesday Dec. 7
