Garfield Bulldogs cruises by Washington Patriots 105-24 in Washington high school basketball game

Garfield Point Guard Nasyr Cornett led all scorers with 20 points as the Bulldogs beat Washington Patriots 105-24 in a game at GHS MN.

Cornett’s points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

Francis Tapasa added 8. Washington fell to 1-4 overall while Garfield improved their record to 6-0.

Washington’s next game is scheduled to be played at Clover Park High School on Wednesday Jan. 4 versus Clover Park. Garfield will host Rainier Beach on Tuesday Jan. 3
