Genesis Prep Academy Jaguars cruises by Northwest Christian School Crusaders 61-41 in Washington high school basketball game

Genesis Prep Academy’s Jonny Hillman led all scorers with 40 points as the Jaguars beat Northwest Christian School Crusaders 61-41 in a game at Northwest Christian High School.

Hillman’s points came on 8 field goals, 3 three pointers and 15 of 21 free throws during the game.

Brian Mackenzie added 12. Northwest Christian School fell to 5-4 overall while Genesis Prep Academy improved their record to 1-1.

Northwest Christian School’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 11 at 7:30pm versus Wilbur Creston. Genesis Prep Academy will travel to St. George’s High School on Tuesday Jan. 22 at 11:30am to play St. George’s.
