Cheney Point Guard Emma Evans led the way with 15 points as the Blackhawks beat Gonzaga Prep Bullpups 48-47 in a game at Cheney, WA.

Evans’ points came on 2 field goals, 3 three pointers and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Sitara Byrd added 15. Gonzaga Prep fell to 4-5 overall while Cheney improved their record to 3-6.

Gonzaga Prep’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jun. 11 versus Mead. Cheney will travel to on Thursday Jun. 10 to play University.
