Rogers Post Sydney Vining led the way with 13 points as the Pirates beat East Valley Knights 45-38 in a game at East Valley High School.

Vining’s points came on 6 field goals and 1 of 2 free throws during the game.

Ellie Syverson added 21. East Valley fell to 1-12-2 overall while Rogers improved their record to 2-15-1.

East Valley’s next game is scheduled to be played at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena on Wednesday Feb. 9 versus West Valley. Rogers will host Clarkston on Wednesday Feb. 9
