Central Valley Bears edge Mead Panthers 58-57 in Washington high school basketball game

Central Valley Guard Eden Sander led all scorers with 20 points as the Bears beat Mead Panthers 58-57 in a game at Mead HS.

Sander’s points came on 8 field goals, 1 three pointer and 1 of 3 free throws during the game.

Teryn Gardner added 18. Mead fell to 2-2 overall while Central Valley improved their record to 4-0.

Mead’s next game is scheduled to be played at University High School on Tuesday Dec. 13 versus University. Central Valley will travel to Gonzaga Prep on Tuesday Dec. 13 to play Gonzaga Prep.
